The Editor

Hello and thank you for visiting the Marthoma Community. This blog was created as an extension of the Marthoma Community Podcast, both of which were established and are being maintained by George Mathew.

George is a second-generation Indian American and was raised as a member of the Mar Thomas Church (MTC). He and his family are currently living in the Chicago suburbs and are members of the St. Thomas MTC of Chicago. He has previously held membership at the St. Thomas MTC of Delaware Valley, the MTC of Greater Washington, and St. James MTC in New York.

Thank you to the Bishops, Achens, Youth Chaplains, Sunday School teachers, Uncles, Aunties, friends, and relatives that altogether represent the faith community that has raised me to be a follower of Christ and a proud member of the Marthoma Church. And finally, I thank the Lord for his blessings and guidance and pray that this effort will be seen as a worthy endeavor for the glory of his kingdom.
